This is the most unreliable service I have ever subscribed to! I wish there was an alternative water service in my area so I could tell these guys to go pound rocks. Every month I get at least 3 missed deliveries and run out of water. I call support, I email support, and there is nothing they can do. Why is there no physical office I can drive to to get my bottles refilled?

Run from this company, so many issues from missed deliveries to wrong products dropped off to on-hold for hours customer service. It used to be great before Primo took over this operation.

Terrible service. We have been customers for years. The last 3 or 4 months orders don't come at all, or they are changed without our authorization. Every single order is messed up somehow. Manager won't talk to customers or come up with a plan for people on our route to actually get their orders. We have all been more than patient, but this is ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this, and I have no clue why Costco is still partnering with them.
