I came here on behalf of my company business account. I entered in my name and my coworkers name on the point of contact form. They said it would be processed in 24-48 hours. We never got confirmation of the change. I show up to the store the next day trying to get help on the phones we received from verizon, they said they couldn't help me because my name is not on the point of contact form even though we filled this out. My time and my companies time was severely wasted.

The manager was not helpful at all judgemental and downright with bad attitude. We wanted to upgrade to the latest iPhone. He exchanged rude comments with his colleagues about our appearances, rolled his eyes and said "can they even afford an iphone?". Did not show interest in selling anything or any customer service skills in general. These guys do minimal for the customers , everything is done online now. With this attitude they will be out of jobs within couple of years.

Visited verizon to port over 4 lines from another carrier and Victor made everything super seamless. He is patient and really knows his stuff, delivers top customer service. Great experience!

I went to this location for the phone trade in. I usually have a good experience and I like the associates. They are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Today Jackie helped with my trade in. She wasn’t very pleasant to work. She is not very knowledgeable of promotion and not able to explain the fine print detail in clear and simple way. Also she handed someone else paper work which made me confused even more. I still like this store. I would avoid working with her in the future.

I would suggest the 'Find Peripheral' device for transmitting those request of Printing Via (?) If not by USB cord plugs. The Links on emails may be that the links are not Viewable on a weblink; For that I would Reply back to the Sender in regards to the actual website address OR You would do a Search Engine 'search' on your own efforts.

It's seems that usually the service agents are busy there and no one working in the back room, so I think that they may not answer. Although getting a busy signal is much different. (Think it means those people are really busy there? Hehehe... Probably not.)
