They control workload too much. I visited in the morning and 3 people ahead of me but they said you should expect 2 hours. 4 customer service people was working and once a customer done, the customer service goes inside never comes out. An old lady came to the store and they said come on Friday. Today is Tuesday. This happening is not only today.

I did not have an appointment to transfer my data to my new phone. However, Ed was so great and helpful despite having other clients and allowed me to stay and go through the process while answering any questions i had. Super service!
