Drew, Jonathan, Brian, and Stephanie at the Brea Plaza were phenomenal. They made buying a phone pleasurable. They were patient and professional. They restored my faith in customer service even after my purchase. They went above and beyond. They should be rewarded and recognized.

Unlike most of the other reviews written for this location, my experience was horrible. Disrespectful and condescending attitude from both Angel and Andrew. Earlier in the week I had purchased 3 accessories using the buy 2, get 1 free promotion. Unluckily, I needed to exchange the 'free' item for a different model, which happened to be less expensive than the original. Both Angel and then Andrew arrogantly and rudely told me that I had done the original transaction wrong, and owed them additional money for the exchange. Told me directly to my face it was my fault. I tried to understand from them how me as the consumer was responsible for their original error, which did nothing more than raise their irritation and rudeness. Needless to say I left this store, drove to a different store. Yes the same result, I did pay more, but with a friendly, professional service representative who treated me, the customer, with the respect I deserve. My closing advice, if you need to use this location, I would personally avoid dealing with both Angel and Andrew.

Anel Corona was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and very pleasant to talk to. In a word, Ms. Corona was awesome! The store is very organized and well curated thus making the place very customer friendly. The presence of Anel as a very capable personnel completes the package for this store to be the go to store for any AT&T services need. Definitely deserves the highest rating available.
