The customer service is very bad so be prepared. We checked out the store because we need a new dining set and we saw a set we like there. We ended up walking out because there’s an old African American guy that claimed to be the manager being so rude. He jumped into conversation between us and a sale man and make such rude and inappropriate comments. We apologize to our sale guy but we’re going to take our business elsewhere.

Tito! Remember this name!!! Sales manager that was very welcoming and very helpful, not only did he check up on us frequently but he made us feel like we mattered. Very friendly, very proactive waaaaay better customer service than living spaces. I am definitely going back to get more furniture and I hope to see Tito again :).

We found exactly what we were looking for at Ashley’s Furniture Store Milpitas. We liked that we never felt pressured and were given space to shop on own own. There was plenty of sales staff around to answer our questions. The first day we were helped by Rhiannon she was very professional and helpful. We returned the next day and realized she was out to lunch so a very nice gentleman helped us Isaiah Andrews. He was so easy to work with so we decided to complete the sale. We also visited Living Spaces and liked Ashley’s furniture better.
