Depends on what phone you have
While they're very friendly, I wouldn't say there professional. They had our laptop for nearly 2 months. Only to tell us that they couldn't fix it. And charged us $30 to tell us that.

Premium screen is 89.99 Generic is 69.99 But we also do price match. So any other shop in the Charlotte, as long as it's there original price, we'll beat by $5
