Poor service. Untrained staff. They don't know what they are doing. Ordered contacts for my daughter three weeks back. Now they say, order was never placed due to system error.

10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. Non-existent customer service. Canceled appointment 3 minutes prior to my appointment time, after confirming the appointment 3 hours before. Was able to get in an appointment the following day. Was 3 minutes late and the doctor decided to go home for the day. Absolutely laughable. Don’t waste your time.

Purchased rimless glasses less than 1 year ago from these people. When I brought in another pair of glasses to get the same lenses they claimed my original pair was not from them. Original receipt had different frames listed. Will NEVER visit VisionWorks again. In addition elderly man next to me needed his warranty covered glasses fixed. He was told…oh no, we only cover the frames under the warranty.

They ordered the wrong contact prescription for us and told us it was my fault and I should have noticed that they ordered wrong and they didn't want to refund. Then was promised follow up by the end of the day. Never heard back and have waited on hold for hours and can't get in touch with them. The service has gone way down hill.

Questions & Answers

If I bring in a pair of lenses that I like and a pair of my newest glasses to compare the prescription, could I get new lenses? If so, how much would it cost out of pocket?

It sounds like you're not happy with you new prescription and prefer your old prescription. Unfortunately you do need a written prescription to make new glasses. I would be happy to give you a second opinion. I can compare both prescriptions, start from scratch and come up with something you are happy with. If you have exhausted your insurance benefits it is $95 for an exam. Hope that helps, and hope to see you soon... -Dr. Deborah Zopatti, OD

How much does it cost for an eye exam?

The out of pocket cost for an eye exam is $95; however, they accept insurances to reduce the costs! Contact lens fitting prices vary by prescription.
