The people that live there are great. Management is awful to the tenants. Tawana is a liar and they like to rip off the elderly when they move out! If you do rent from them and decide to move out, make sure you get a copy of the 30 day notice form. Otherwise they will say you didn't give 30 days notice and will keep your deposit.

I'm pretty sure if you go there, someone can help you in their rental office. You may want to call them for the office hours first. Good luck. Side note: most places like Carpenter's Square have waiting lists, so it's best to get on the list as early as possible for you.
