We feel so fortunate to have found Orchard Grove! The staff are always kind and respectful of the residents. There are activities, outings, and enrichment opportunities with art, music and exercise. Our family member is especially pleased with the food. The residents are as welcoming as the staff and our family member now has many wonderful new friends.

I do not recommend this property to any resident needing assistance. Beautiful community if you are looking for independent living. However if you or your loved one needs assistance...this community is not for you. They are very short staffed and requests are never met. They have zero problem overcharging for services however, they do not deliver. Several promises made by the current Director, but unable to meet plans put in place. Emails get ignored, Impossible to reach anyone one on the LCB Corporate side to express non-stop frustrations & concerns.
