My father had his teeth cleaned at Union Dental. He was a bit hesitant and upset at the beginning with the deep clean, but Miss Wadikar made the whole procedure go smoothly. She is very kind and patient and went over every detail with us about cleaning and post-cleaning caring. We had great experience and would highly recommend Union Dental.

My dad had a terrible experience here and it broke my heart to hear. Hes an older man and hasn’t seen a dentist in a very long time and I made him an appointment here since it’s close to home. From the moment he walked in, he felt unwelcome and unattended to. His appointment was later in the day maybe around 3:30 and he didn’t get so much as a smile from a receptionist or dental assistant. It was clear everyone just wanted to go home and was done providing customer service for the day. The dentist didn’t introduce himself or exchange any pleasantries, just listed a whole bunch of work he needed done in a dismissive “come back and schedule another appointment” kind of tone. They took X-rays aggressively and said they would call him back to discuss a treatment plan but never did. Going to the dentist isn’t a pleasant experience for anyone, but usually good customer service is what makes it easier. He said he’s never felt so disregarded and uncared for in his life and I’m so angry that a dentistry in our town made him feel this way. It’s needless to say he won’t be going back.

To make a long story short. My every single appointment was rescheduled at least once with explanations like "the doctor you have an appointment with does not do crowns or filings, we have to reschedule it." Didn't you guys know that when I was booking this appointment? Every time I was there there was a different doctor, a new one. They said I need a crown after the root canal of one of my teeth. OK. They ground it and put on a temporary crown, but used permanent cement for it. When the new crown arrives they tried to pull the old one off. Yep, they broke off my tooth at the gum line. No problem, they said, we just glue it on top of the stump. I gave up. Found a new dentist. Would I recommend this place? Would you?
