My Generac had fallen off it's platform when it came on during a self test. It wasn't balanced because the gravel underneath had washed away. It's connected to a propane tank so I was quite nervous and called the electrician who installed it. He was going to send a novice to just shut it off. I called TKLyden in desperation and they sent someone right away(even though I wasn't a customer). I didn't even know how to shut it down.Now one week later they are here filling in the gravel and balancing the Generac. I was concerned because there is a propane line that had stretched when it shimmied close to the edge of the platform. I would give this company ten stars if possible!!
