My car was hit by a Maphree insurer. The accident happened in July of 2022. Maphree refuses to pay when clearly they should. Customer service is poor

Lately I'm not sure I have been a loyal customer since my parents and they have been the only insurance company I've had but it seems like my Ray keeps on going up and I haven't been going and getting an accident or tickets I'm turning 40 and I really believe that I should have lower insurance rates I'm going to do some shopping around after 40 years and my third generation is going to get his license in November and questioning if he should even get in the insurance with them hopefully I can talk to my agent and get my insurance rates lower

MAPFRE has always covered anything that happens. The agents are professional, supportive and knowledgeable. I had different insurance before where I was left to fend for myself. With MAPFRE, you have someone by your side helping you through life mishaps, for your maximum benefit. Excellent company and agents! Highly recommend.

No respect called in a claim and they were rude. Laughed as they told me they were going to deny my claim. Offered no help when my vehicle was totaled even though I was not found at fault. Terrible company!

Not sure who these guys delt with. I have found them to be just fine. I had an accedent and a broken windshield and I had no problem whatsoever. I have had them for years...18??? No other Insurance Co. can touch what I pay either 😉. Now on a more personal note...And I will get flack for this but I'm ok with that. People who publicly use profanity and name calling to try to get their point across just shows how immature you are and not having you as a customer probably does MAPFRE a favor. God bless. ✝️
I agree with the 1st answer. If your billing cycle hasn't started it will post 0. If you are concerned you can always call.
On the 88 dollar bill there should be an explanation if late how they charge for being late each day that goes by. Or just give customer service a call they can help you out. But overall workers are quitting at a fast rate. Its do as Spain says or.will find someone with a degree to replace you
Just send title with all your information on it to your agent. He will have it processed for you.
Its a law in mass that they cannot charge more for different breeds, i would look into that, they should not be able to change You for the breed just a dog
Not sure, it worked for me
I would contact Mapfre and find out
No. You have to have the coverage BEFORE the claim occurs.
How long has it been? I think someone reaches out to you to discuss it
I don't know that answer
I will get this question to my husband, He works there.
Online or call probably just basic drivers Information
Fax: (508) 949-9604
Just call a ins agent anyone not beloging to mapfre commerce is straight up. But they will only take off so much unless you owed like 20 dollars.
Medical bills always go thru your insurance first. Call Mapfre and ask to speak to your injury adjuster. Have your file/ claim number with you. Feel better!-
😕
If a claim has be submitted your insurance company should provide you a reservation # to give to Enterprise. A quick way to to get a reservation # is to call your insurance agent and have them set it up.
Either go online, call your agent or MAPFRE. Process is simple.
Take photos of scene, including the vehicles involved and the license plates, if possible. Otherwise at the least take plate #'s down.
Call your agent
Hahahaha no. They are horrible, and pretend they will work with you, but it's all for not. Don't trust this company.
Robin Joyce, you're a racist.
At post office ...or u can go directly to mapfire in webster not to far from price choppers supermarket & change it there if that's ur insurance company
