Not sure who these guys delt with. I have found them to be just fine. I had an accedent and a broken windshield and I had no problem whatsoever. I have had them for years...18??? No other Insurance Co. can touch what I pay either 😉. Now on a more personal note...And I will get flack for this but I'm ok with that. People who publicly use profanity and name calling to try to get their point across just shows how immature you are and not having you as a customer probably does MAPFRE a favor. God bless. ✝️
I was my hit last week by one of their customers . The most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I had already called the insurance company about delays and no response. The deemed my car drivable it is not. They would not pay for a rental until my only car was in the shop. What am I suppose to do until April 8th when there preferred shop had an open. Keep in mind I am 100 miles away. In over there heads, rude , disrespectful and callous. I can not imagine being s customer if theirs.
I recently had a bad experience with them, I had them for 10 years now and a few months ago I was wating for my wife to get her eyebrows done. I was in the rear seat playing with my kids parked in the parking lot and this girl pulled in and hit my front bumper. Long story short they didn't fought for Us and the instally settle with the other insurance and claim a 50/50 fault, I still wonder why when my vehicle wasn't moving neither nobody on the driver seat. Currently looking for a Good Insurance to bring my business.
I've had my car insured by them them for 15 years. Then known as Commerce Insurance. They came through on an accident and gave me market value on my totalled Jeep Cherokee. I was very happy with the whole process. Quick, friendly and professional. The tenants insurance claims process is a whole different animal. Horrible, bullying representative tried to intimidate me with bogus police report and false claims. He KF lied and denied my claim. Procrastinated for over 4 months. Do not recommend tenants insurance with them. Horrible service, scum bag representative.
Yes but the service is horrible and if you choose to cancel there's a lot of red tap you need to go through in order for that to happen.
