I agree with the 1st answer. If your billing cycle hasn't started it will post 0. If you are concerned you can always call.
It will show 0.00 if your autowithdrawal is pending or your billing cycle hasn't started yet
Pay at least one half of your monthly policy. That way if you find out it is 0.00 they will rebate you the amount that you paid.
