The rooms are adequate. The details not as much. No pool even though it's advertised as having one. Thermostat works but doesn't display any useful information as to where I'm setting it. TV works fine for internal hotel information but nothing external. One of the phones message light always on. Lots of minor thing like those.

So when we checked in the bathroom was filthy, tub stained and the microwave was dirty with old food. It was after midnight and Prince was working alone so I know he tried his best to accommodate us but I was not satisfied. For this to be a Marriott it’s giving red roof inn. Pool was closed yet it was advertised that it was available. The linens were dirty and my whole arm swelled up. I spoke with the manager Hannah and she was worthless. Still waiting for corporate to send a regional manager to check out this dump of a hotel. The general manager who is man still hasn’t returned my voicemail. Room #119 has bedbugs and I’ll be calling the department of health next.

Disappointing… Breakfast isn’t great, stocked minimally, and pool is closed. Looking back it’s been closed for months. I saw a review written 5 months ago and he said he found out it’s been closed since before Covid. I’d say my room is clean, no dish soap or sponge or any pods for dishwasher and we’re here for almost a month. I am happy that they had a pack n play for us. But very disappointed about the pool. Staff is nice.

Unbelievably disappointing. We have stayed at this property many, many times while visiting family in the area since it opened. I called ahead of arrival to request linens for the sofa bed of the two bedroom suite we booked. Upon arrival, no linens and curt front desk employee who told me I had to come to the lobby for the items because he was the only one there. Fine. Arrived and there are no pillows (“we’ve been short of pillows for months”) and one very thin fancy sheet, no blanket. Determined to make the best I return to our room. One bathroom has two towels. The second bathroom (again we have a two bedroom suite) has no towels whatsoever. Absurd! A room that is billed for five people (and we paid prettily for it) has two bath towels and we were told upon arrival no service for seven days. And let’s not even begin to discuss the sofa bed “mattress.” We always gave little expectation for such things but this is truly only springs. There is no cushioning whatsoever. These gold elite members are incredibly disappointed in a property we once recommended wholeheartedly. Marriott, you should be ashamed of the terrible arrival to our room we have experienced.

Not in the 2bdr suite we had. They do have in the lobby however.
Yes, pets are allowed and accommodated, albeit with a $100 fee. The hotel has a fenced in area for you to bring your dog off of leash
We were there earlier this month, pool was closed but totally understandable. Breakfast was in a bag, along with oranges, apples and bananas to chose from. Everyone there was very accommodating. I needed a straw for my toddler the hotel did not have any A real nice lady there at the front desk actually provided me with one and my kid was a happy camper! 😁 Definitely would stay there again!
