My car died before my policy ended so I cancelled my insurance do I have to still pay the remaining balance? I've never had to do this with any other company and was told by a car salesman that they do not make you pay but I am getting charged

Just call a ins agent anyone not beloging to mapfre commerce is straight up. But they will only take off so much unless you owed like 20 dollars.

I work for MAPFRE. I would get a hold of local agent. They may be able to dicuss with the underwriter to hopefully gwt this wiped out. All depends on date of cancellation and is up to the underwriter. 😁
