I must have gotten the right customer service folks. I've been with Tufts since basically the beginning, for 30 years. I had an issue because my old doctor retired and I had to pick a new PCP. Somewhere something was missed in the shuffle, and it effected referrals. I called customer service and got 2 ladies different time, Kelli, and Natalia, and they were outstanding. What customer service should be everywhere. They listened, took care of the issues, were extremely helpful and pleasant and everything is back on track. Thank you very much!

Depending on the plan, generally yes. Prescriptions are covered under MassHealth, so you won't lose that benefit.
