It was conveniently located for me and not too busy which was nice for dropping off and picking up. However, I had issues with mice and they were not responsive at all! I had no food or anything in my unit so I am not sure if it was just me or a building wide problem. I took picture and showed them in the office and they just told me that is my risk. I had to clean out and buy my own traps etc. The problem was resolved but without their support. The rates were extremely high and when they signed me up during Covid they were acting like they were giving me a great deal… however much higher than most. Also they told me to get the insurance only to find out it is covered under my homeowners. So, with that said. A good garage for some stuff but I would not put anything of serious value in them. I would shop around. My daughters friends had much better indoor units at a much cheaper cost. I hate to leave this review but you asked.

Loved the convenient of picking between an outdoor and inside storage I picked the inside storage unit my only complaint about the property is the fact that my in-storage unit had a mouse somehow and I had items that would damage due to mildew or mold and mice droppings reported this to the office I also paid for insurance and nothing was ever done

Quiet place. Nice environment. Safety assured. Only if they can do away with the rodents but I guess that is difficult to control entirely since they are everywhere
