I came to get a passport for my son and while I was waiting I witnessed a women with red hair treating every person she dealt with extremely rude. She had absolutely no customer service skills. I hope management speaks with her.

Watched mailman sit in his truck and not deliver my package that I knew he had on there and skip my neighbohood completely. Has happened more than once...better off using a private service if possible when receiving or sending
