Love this hospital they saved my life

Great place, but 2 weeks isn't much time for a program. Clean, great nursing staff, good food, good meetings. Wish they offered more than 12 steps though.

I've always felt safe and welcome when I go to Adcare. The recovery is different they teach you the relevant things u need to succeed. The counselors are professional and the nurses are very caring as well. If u come to Adcare and you put forth the work then you will stay clean. Thanks adcare.

Nice people but they didn't give my husband his diaretics and other critical medication and they had him on a high salt diet. He had to come home before he was ready because I had to get him to a real hospital, his life was in danger 😈

Yes they do
You would have to call and ask them if any male or female beds were available
Don't be nervous! They'll take good care of you and you can use your cell phone and there's TVs that swing out on an arm from the wall to watch in your bed.
IOP intake is pretty quick and they recommend the frequency as well. I did the morning IOP a couple years ago and I got a lot out of it. They also provide transportation. You just have to get to the intake appt and they'll transport you home then to and from treatment every day. Just remember that not everyone goes for the right reasons and to stick with positive people. Good luck!
Of Course, Don't Be Shy
AdCare staff can help arrange for travel to the facility.
Yes. Patients at AdCare Hospital may smoke in designated smoking areas.
Methadone may be approved in some cases.
AdCare has a no smoking policy.
I went to detox in harttford CT for 5 days I left sicker than when I got there, I had to use immediately but everyone is diff u might never use again ,but yea it takes months to get better it sucks .
They do the test the first day ???
I think they take you for any addiction you have they definitely will take you in at outpatient care across the street

Yes, if you are already prescribed Suboxone, you definitely should bring your prescription with you. And give it to them when you get there.
It depends on what you there for. First they'll detox and then you can go to program in the day time. They'll pick you up and bring you back home.
I currently work here. We take all masshealth products except MBHP and tufts network health
Yes they still offer transportation
Call the hospital
I was just there last summer I live in CT but again it does depends on what medical insurance you have I know they take Medicare an everyone's situation is different so say for instance your friend may get in an you may not it all depends on Your history an what you are going in for :) so I would give them a call they are very nice People an are willing to work with you an try to help as much as you want to help yourself an you are willing let them help you GoodLuck! I Do highly Recommend this Place if I Ever Need help again this will be the First place I call !
You may have to have a friend or family member watch the dog. I don't think they can but you can try.
No it's a non smoking facility but you get nicotine patches and lozenges as well
