Don't be nervous! They'll take good care of you and you can use your cell phone and there's TVs that swing out on an arm from the wall to watch in your bed.
AdCare does allow cell phone use in residential treatment at designated times. Phones and electronics may be restricted during certain levels of care (e.g., detox) and at certain times to protect patient safety and privacy and to minimize unnecessary distractions.
