Been going here for a few years and I‘ve repeatedly asked about issues I’ve been having, but they don’t listen to me or check on them.

If I could put a zero I would have I was pregnant that time I had a clean up but they seen that my back wisdom teeths came out and the bottom was a bit hard to chew and they suggested to remove them himself and that I would be fine I was about 25 weeks pregnant and he made me sign a paper I didn’t understand why but he just said it’s for safety reason I didn’t know that they in reality are supposed make me book a appointment with a orthodontist instead he has done it himself and tried to give me a pain medication that’s aspirin like and my OBGYN was furious cause I was in pain my mouth was still numb and they only said it will be number for like a hour 3 is the max and the nexts day I was still unable to talk still and I was like this for a week I will never be going here again and suggest the people who go there does the same .

I'll try to assist. I've been a patient at dental dreams in Worcester (the operative word is ("been"), Simply see online at Google a lawsuit whereby the Attorney General in Boston got involved because a former employee at Dental Dreams was concerned that certain folks who are employed by the national chain are over-billing for certain services. Locally, a whistleblower testified that over-billing was a problem at his particular office. Specifically, in the past, that office was forced by the Attorney General's office to pay Mass Health 1.3 million dollars in restitution for submitting false claims to Mass Health and Medicaid. Like "Priscilla" told this former patient by phone yesterday "there are other dental chains who accept Mass Health". For the sake of your health and, more specifically, your dental health find a different provider.
