I found good reviews about this place and i just gave a shot. VERY organized, staff was clear while instructing and explaining everything, from the deskperson, to the assistant and dentist. They just got one more customer today.

Very impressed with the staff and can not say enough with the professionalism.. I would recommend Gentle Dental at the Trolley yard to everyone who is looking for a great experience with having your teeth taken care of. Wonderful and very knowledgeable and caring. My appointment got canceled without noticing me twice, both time I called one day ahead of the appointment to confirm because i didn't received any text notification then only to find out it's canceled. First time was for cleaning, they just told me they no longer took my insurance. Second time was for orthodontics visit, I booked the appointment 3 month ago at the dentistry during my visit and the staff answered the call today even tried to gaslight me by saying maybe i didn't book anything. Also I had to change my orthodontist during ongoing invisalign treatment because the personnel arrangements of the dentistry, I was offered no options.

It’s a clean environment. The staff is awesome. My hygienist is so professional pleasant and efficient. The Doctor is on point and does not beat about the bush. She’s very confident. I feel very comfortable in the patient chair anytime I visit.
