Terrible 0 STARS!!!! if I could. Customer service is non existent and when they do help they are rude. Do not trust the positive reviews those are fake and they are just trying to increase their rating. This place is a perfect example of why retail is dying.

Best Buy has a wide variety of electronic devices from tv's to cell phones and washer & dryers. This is a clean store that could use a little bit of up front stocking. Maybe people purchased heavily right before I got there. Located in a nice shopping center that has other superstores. Right next to route 1 and the Washington beltway.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I came in looking for a printer and could not get any help. I waited for over 20 minutes and never had anyone come over. I signed in with the person at the door and he promised that someone would be with me in 5 minutes. No one ever came and I completely wasted my time. The person at the door wasn’t all that pleasant or helpful. I don’t even think he even cares that I never got help. I’m never coming back here again!!!!!

Social distance, mask requirements.
It depends on the wifi card you currently have built into your computer. The current standard is 802.11ac, while newer wifi routers and technology are now using 802.11ax. Best Buy does sell ac wifi USB adapters that let you use that technology. But you may also want to take a look at your modem/router and make sure it is up to date and not an older network set up. You may also want to take a look a few other things. How far away you are from said router. how many obstructions are between your laptop and your modem/router. There are other things you can do to increase how much bandwidth you receive to your specific IP address but that would require some intimate knowledge of networking. In short, the answer isn't a yes or no, there are a lot of factors, BUT if you have an older computer and you get a USB wifi card, you will notice a difference.
I don't remember the years, but it used to be a Bed Bath And Beyond before a hurricane tore it in 2
2 soon to have it
Yes you can order it and have it in a few days for $44.95
Call best buy. It may be available now.
No we only release it on street date because we can get in troubke for releasing it before but we do midnight releases
Assuming that you're at home and that unit worked before, reboot. If you just got it, right click on the wifi icon to see your connections. Click your wifi connection. Put in your password. Click ok. Close and reopen (browser or app) Do you have full bars or at least 3? If not, move around until you do. Hope that helped.
I do not understand
Call the store and change the address
Come in and see a Geek Squad agent and they should be able to assist you.
No. They are all gone.
They have open box discounted laptops and pads
Between Laurel and College Park, College Park is much better. Friendly staff and service is also much better.
