To the management: I will change my review if I get the money I am owed. I have sold a lot of books at BookHolders, but have always had to use the chat feature in order to get my checks printed. Normally no problem, but this most recent time (over a year ago), my information was changed almost immediately after chatting with a worker over the website so that my over $400 check was sent to a different address. I am 100% convinced the worker saw how much my check was going to be made out for and told a friend/colleague/himself to change the information. I have been in the talks with the College Park, Maryland location for over a year. (the check was printed on 10/09/2020). I filled out a bank form that was supposedly sent to the bank in order to pull the funds from whoever cashed my check. I know this takes time, but OVER A YEAR is way too much time. I also had multiple emails ignored. I now have another decent sized check that should've been printed months ago, but I am way too scared to ask for it to be printed. This business needs to get their act together.

I was not given a paycheck for my work here. I was told that my paycheck was "already cashed" and that they would not reprint it. …This review is fake, we've never had an employee by this name nor anyone with a paycheck that was "already cashed" but didn't receive payment. Maybe you have the wrong business.

I got to go in this place before it opened. This place is really awesome. They have tons of really great books for all ages at great prices. I hope you will all check it out when it opens, you won't regret it.
