I recommend finding a different crematory for your beloved pet. My daughter’s 11 year old dog passed away unexpectedly, leaving us devastated. The workers at the desk were strictly business and showed zero compassion, even though it was evident we were very upset. We did appreciate the workers in the back where we dropped her fur baby off, though. They let us get his paw print and showed empathy. You could tell they were dog lovers.
