This is a great restaurant, but I would highly recommend dining in vs ordering for take out. The meats were done to perfection, but some side orders were skimpy on servings when it came to the side of rice & side of beans ordered, and they forgot the chips for the nachos. They forgot to say that the nachos come deconstructed when ordered for take out, so when we saw the extra containers of fixings but no chips we were a little confused. After returning to the restaurant to explain the situation (was unable to call ahead because the phone line was busy the whole time I tried calling from home), they were kind enough to replace the nacho order with a fresh one. By that time, the other food at home was cold, but still pretty good aside from the fries that would definitely be best fresh. I would possibly give them another try, just as dine in though.

The most bang for your buck! The meats are cooked to perfection, the vegetables are tender and tasty, the sauces are authentic and delicious. Excellent portions and amazing service. You won't regret eating here. And don't forget dessert!!

This place is a total gem. I love that they are bringing such an amazing type of cuisine to an area that doesn't have much South American representation. The choripan is so good .. you could literally drown me in the chimichuri and I'd die a happy death🔥We love your review! Thank you Morgan and come take as many chimichurri baths as you like :-)

The South American flavors they use aren't spicy they way a person would say salsa is hot. It's more like the flavors are intense, with all kinds of nuances, not just heat. I tend to love spicy food, but wouldn't consider anything I've tried at Carne Aqui as hot/overtly spicy. It's all just GOOD!
