The South American flavors they use aren't spicy they way a person would say salsa is hot. It's more like the flavors are intense, with all kinds of nuances, not just heat. I tend to love spicy food, but wouldn't consider anything I've tried at Carne Aqui as hot/overtly spicy. It's all just GOOD!
Very good food. Not overly spicy at all. Make sure you get the cheesecake after a great dinner. Their food is really good. I dont think you will be disappointed.
