Very disappointed in this location. We have not ordered from Pizza Hut in over two years and tried again this week. We ordered 2 pizzas, cheese sticks and chocolate chip cookie. EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS BURNT OR OVER COOKED! Even the cookie. The manager did make it right, as always. But the pizza and breadsticks were so burnt, even the manager said they should have never even been boxed and should have been remade immediately. Better training?

I am a frequent customer of Pizza Hut and usually the Sams Point location. Today the limited staff exceeded my families expectations with friendliness, accuracy, timely manner and food taste. The pizza was perfectly cooked even my "no cheese" pizza that is usual over done.

Got the alert the food was out for delivery, called after 30 minutes because it still hadn't arrived. Was lied to about delivery driver having to go back to restaurant due to someone else's address being incorrect. Got hung up on by the manager. Then, the delivery driver showed up (after 45 minutes) and said he didn't have to go back to the restaurant, they sent him on the other side of town to deliver over there first when we are only 5 minutes away!

I had toooooo much crust around the pizza. The toppings were pretty much just in the middle. I didn't have a pizza, I had crust with a sometoppings.
