I have been coming here for about 6-7 years, when the old owners had it, and with the new owner Dana, who is absolutely amazing, she is such a hard working woman, I really admire her for what she has done with the bakery, and the love she has put in, it really shows and the food is amazing, the customer service is always fantastic, and so is she. It's hard to say what my favorite is.. Lol I don't think I've ever been dissatisfied. The scones are hands down the best I've ever had.

We LOVE this local bakery. Its a little hidden gem with truly amazing scones and giant sugary cinnamon rolls. Everything I've had hear is perfection but my favorite is the lemon scone. Order ahead to make sure they still have them. And since a tiny business like this needs some extra love during covid times, try to order the night before.

My experience with Pure Bliss was very disappointing. When we walked in the owners husband was very helpful and nice. Had a rewards card that was completed they would not honor. Don't understand the point of having a rewards system then. The owner was very rude and was not helpful. There was only 1 cinnamon roll of each flavor at 9:30 and they opened at 9. Don't expect to walk in and order a couple. We asked if we could order 4 cinnamon rolls for the next day and they where no help and just told us to order on-line. Very disappointing And was trying to support local business during COVID. Don't care how good the food is. Never going backJake, I'm sorry you had a negative experience and issue with the reward punch card. I explained that the rewards card was over 5+ yrs old and was from the previous owner. Not to mention, you stated that the card was given to you, so again I'm sorry we were unable to redeem it. During this Covid-19 time we are baking minimal items in our case to minimize product loss and increasing our cost. We are relying on our online orders to keep our doors open. Unfortunately, today our rolls practically sold out by 930am. I'm glad there was still a selection for you to choose from. They are that good and typically sell it quickly. To ensure that you get what you'd like, we did recommend our online ordering service. 3rd time there this morning. Have always over tipped because I appreciate small businesses especially baker's. I called this AM to hold 2 berry scones. Her spouse says we don't hold. I say, yes u do, ur wife held 1 for me the other day. He asks her, she says no, he tells me no but then he says i'll hold 1 for u. Ok, I say. I ride my bike there. Wait on line only to be told by both of them, we're sold out. Great business acumen! I am an out of towner. not a good impression of work ethic. I Will spread the word in my neighborhood.I'm sorry you had a bad experience. My husband and I don't remember seeing you 3 times that day. Only the once towards the end of the day when you came in quite upset. Things have been quite challenging during this pandemic. We were days away from closing our doors for good when a lovely customer made a post about our bakery and got the word out. Her post went viral and I was immediately slammed with orders to the point I had to enlist the help of family and friends to keep up. We literally went from maybe 3 customers a day to 50. This pandemic has defiantly made doing business a challenge. It's always my hope to make every customer happy. I'm truly sorry for your negative experience.

We do offer gluten free scones. We can usually accommodate within a day. However, my baker is off tomorrow and Thursday. I apologize. Our flavor rotates so it's best to call and see what flavor we have, if you are wanting a specific flavor.

My wife had an "everything-free" scone there - no soy, no dairy, no gluten, no nuts, and she said it was one of the best scones she'd ever had.
