We stayed last night and I was impressed at how quiet and peaceful it was seeing that it was packed with campers and RV’s and we were near a playground. Very friendly grounds keeper. Great internet and lots were not too close to each other. I didn’t explore the amenities but I’d definitely come back again.

Electricity might be a problem. Great location. Good laundry but bad electric. We booked a 30 amp spot on a warm day. AC kept cutting out. We were told we were trying to run too many things. If that was true our breaker would have tripped. They did offer to move us but we were tired and only staying two nights. Also after the neighbor sharing the pedestal left we did not have any issues. Took a relaxing bike ride and Sprouts, TJs and Target all close by.

I'm only giving this a 4 star rating because it is my first time staying here and it hasn't been a full week yet. But my parents have stayed here twice and they really enjoy it. The people are friendly and the place is absolutely beautiful. They keep things clean and organized as well, very good upkeep. I really like it so far.

We stayed 1 night here on our way to Moab. My kids loved the playground! The bathrooms and showers were nice. The location was great. We all biked to Utah State park which was nearby and beautiful!

Yes! This area is always fun to fish with some pretty active spots.
They siad it had something to do with the city
This is a great place to spend 10 days. It is very close to all services yet you can't really tell that you are in the city. We've gone back a few times now.
I stayed there in July and found the office manned every day

Hey Mike! We do allow you to wash your RV, but kindly ask that you have a nozzle that does not allow free flowing water, so we can conserve. We also ask that you are mindful and careful of the neighboring vehicles around you as you wash. 😃
Mine is a 2007 Travel Trailer with my front all wrinkled and faded decals and I had a wonderful experience with the staff and there are some 90s model trailers that I saw with at least one of the permanent residents living in it. Nice and very accommodating I had a emergency with my wife and they let me stay there for 2 weeks while she recovered enough to travel home ( I had to move to a couple different spots, no biggie ) call them they were great to me and she's really doing better everyday, thanx to the kindness I was shown
I don't know the monthly rent but I know for a fact you can live there my shed is next door to there and I see the same campers there all the time and they have the living size propane bottles plus the trailer skirts on
