This review is for outstanding customer outreach. I needed hardwood floor services that are somewhat uncommon in NC. The job had even been rejected outright by one hardwood floor company I called. I spoke with Nika at USA and she reached out within USA floor to try to help me out. Ultimately, I found a specialist outside of USA floors and decided to have the job done by them. Even after my decision, Nika continued outreach to learn more about my needs and learn about the process in question. To me, that kind of follow-up indicates an exceptional attitude of customer service. I would not hesitate to include USA floors in my consideration for future projects.
