We reserved a car over the phone and received a call an hour or two later telling us that they had no cars. The manager was unavailable to talk to me when I asked to do so. Doesn’t seem like a reliable place to rent a car from.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff. I had a bit of an issue with the car that I rented and they were very responsive and understanding! Great job and I would recommend this location highly!

We reserved a car after our car broke down and the confirmed the reservation. After a $50 Uber there they told us that they had zero cars until three days later. They offered no discounts or help. They lied to us. Never trust this company ever.

I rented a car for a few weeks from them. At the end I had to go the airport and they would not let me drop off the car at their airport location. They require that you drop off the car at the location you rented it from. That was a huge inconvenience. They said it was because of a "car shortage" but when I dropped it off, they had a full parking lot and 5 of the vehicles were identical to the one I dropped off. Otherwise, it was a fine rental place.

That office is open until 5 during the week and there is a key drop box
The parking lot was small and shared by other businesses, so I would not think so. But I do not know that for a fact.
I don't see why not. Last car I rented from the Northampton office was registered in Louisiana. But you may want to call them.
It depends on whether you rent a compact, midsize or full size automobile I suggest you call them
