How is it possible that products sold expressly for folks with health issues have to return products within 7 days, and then only for store credit? Today I tried to return two products on behalf of a friend with Parkinsons - they were in the original packaging, blemish free, ready to place back on the store shelf - and WITH RECEIPT, I could not get her a refund. Can this be legal in the great state of MA??
