I stayed in a camping cabin and it was perfect! An easy distance into Capitol Reef NP. The view was amazing. I felt like I was on the edge of a new world. The owners were very responsive and had great communication. I would absolutely go back.

We were greeted from the balcony of the main building. RV spots are very tight and don't take into consideration slideouts even though we mentioned that in our reservation. We were next to a RV that played loud rap music all night. When we called them they said quiet hours are 10:30-7:00. Wow! What about common decency. I poor pity the tent people. We will never stay or recommend this place. We called at 9:00.

This was servicable place for a night stay.. spoke with owner on the phone only. Was a little turned off by the initial impression and being right on top of our very noisy neighbors. We don't require much but a hot shower is a must and unfortunately that was a no go. Luke warm at best. Plus is its relatively close to Capital Reef.

A beautiful setting, super clean bathrooms and well maintained grounds. I was in a pinch to find a place in the evening (wandered too long in the mountains!) and the owner not only actually answered the phone but was also friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
