Right off the hwy and can't beat price ...$20 with full hook up 50 amp. Ken was super nice and knowledgeable and even offered to lend us his compressor. Only about 6 spots so definitely call ahead. ( Sweet 2 resident puppies live there too )

We were doing Route 66 and needed to stop for the night. Nothing fancy but the perfect place for a quick stop. Water and electricity for $20 a night. No bathrooms/showers/wi-fi but not a problem for a quick stay and for $20 i wouldn't expect amenities anyways. The owner Ken was very nice and went out of his way to helps us in the morning when our car had problems!! All around a great stay and we would stay again if ever in the area!!

If you're looking for a overnight stop while traveling, nothing fancy, great price, full hookups! Ken is a very nice guy. My 2nd time here and I'll be back.

Big rig friendly. Overnight, weekly, long term rates are very reasonable. Easy access to and from I-40 interstate and to downtown Sayre.
