The pros: very clean, separate shower/toilet rooms, laundry The cons: Fragrance, avoid if you are chronically sensitive. Thick air freshener use in all public areas (office, restroom/shower, laundry). Also, a surprise 16% rate increase when checking in - did not honor my reserved rate, apparently because their taxes went up despite them lobbying city council (not sure that’s my responsibility and reason enough to break an agreement at the last possible moment). You should also know they like to keep the park quiet, so check out the quiet hours.

We loved staying at Young's. There's a good amount of room to get an RV into. The owners are very nice & accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Park is clean, easy to find and pull in to. Sites are level and hook ups are in good shape. Bathrooms and laundry very clean. Easy to make reservations. Check in was easy and staff was very friendly.

New owners are great and very helpful. WiFi was better than most parks we’ve stayed in. Very easy access in and out of the highway. Large level pull-through spots. Very cute town to explore.
