A very helpful set of people (and very conveniently located right next to the mechanic I was using). They helped me figure out a rental while my car was in the shop, and even replaced the rental for me when I discovered the original car had some unexpected issues! (The previous user smoked in the car, hardly the fault of the employees). They were highly responsive and answered all questions I had.

They will upgrade to the next best car they have in their fleet on site, if they don't have the car you reserved, without any extra charge. If you want to upgrade by yourself, you have to pay more, but you can do that either online or at the time of taking the car by paying extra. For this particular Enterprise location, I would strongly recommend going to their location to upgrade. They carry a very small fleet and it's difficult to find a car you need unless you book it well in advance. If try to upgrade online, the website will let you upgrade but when you get to the location to pick up the car, they will tell you they don't have that car as it has been rented out. So I don't trust the website for this location. Hope this helps. Happy travels!
