I just left the office after seeing Dr. Danielle Sansoucy. She treated both of my Chi cat and dog with care and helped us diagnose a problem that we’ve been having she was able to prescribe medication to help clear up the problem. I loved that she was very gentle with my dog and obviously very knowledgeable. All of the staff at the vet hospital were really great including everyone who was out at the reception area And those who helped behind the scenes. It’s so nice to know that there is a place nearby that genuinely does care about animals so much that they’re willing to help us all I’ve had other experiences through other clinics that were not so easy-going or straightforward I really liked how the veterinarian explained all of the steps to me while my pets were getting care. I felt like somebody actually listened to my concerns and was seriously interested in getting to the root of the problem which has not always been the case with all the veterinarians that I’ve had experiences with for whatever reason. If you have a sick pet who needs help or if you have a healthy pet who just needs routine care I highly recommend Hampshire vet we will definitely be back for our follow up and also in the future for routine maintenance. You can just call that all of the staff are genuine and kind and love to do their job and helping as many pets as possible. Thank you for the kind compassionate business it’s so comforting to know that my pets are in the hands. See you next time - Moxie and Henry’s “mom”

They canceled my sick appointment and couldn’t reschedule with another vet.

In my experiences the people who work here are rude and dismissive, ignore questions and requests, and seem generally incompetent. If I felt confident the veterinary care was of high quality, I would attempt to deal with the rude staff, unfortunately that is not the case. They performed lab tests and proceeded to give my dog a shot without informing me of the results of the tests or what was in the shot until I asked. They didn't explain what they were doing or why, they didn't explain the diagnosis or what happens next. They didn't provide copies of the lab results even though I requested them. The doctor is unable to clearly communicate with patients and the technicians don't do a good job of filling the gap. Unfortunately I can't recommend this practice.
