Don’t even bother. They’re so overpriced. Go shop at Crossroads instead! And definitely don’t waste your time trying to sell to them. I hung up every item individually, steamed it out, made sure it was in style and in season, similar to other items they have, all name brand. They NEVER take anything. And if they do offer you money for something, they lowball you like crazy. The worst part - they will rip apart everything piece by piece like it’s worthless, and hand it back to you in a messy disheveled pile, with no regard to the time and effort you put into trying to make it presentable to them. They have the worst attitude. I will never be shopping here again - I’m fed up.

Don't waste time to sell over there. Avoid to deal with the Jamaican lady, she doesnt even look at ur stuffs. what i mean is she never opened the folded clothes, not even take it out from the bag. over 70 clothing, including brand new and designers, she didnt want to take one out to look. Worst buyer in Buffalo exchange.

If you're donating for cash don't bother unless you have the most up to date trends. I had already filtered my less great items out to donate to Salvation Army and kept the best of the things I was ready to part with to bring to Buffalo. Came in with bags of urban, free people, Dissh, &other stories, ect and they took 4 pieces out of three bags. Suede light pink jacket, originally $200, never worn, still has tags they passed on. Unless your clothes have checker board/wavy prints, are in pastels, or look like what everyone wears now they aren't going to take your stuff.

I really dont know how people dont realize that the humans of ny shop uncontrollably and bring all of their barely worn items here and the buying team has no choice but to be selective. If they were to buy all the clothing people bring they would need a 10 floor store. Also, your clothing doesn’t retain value like a home or a car. if you want the most value sell on depop but that takes more time and energy. anyways…. i had better luck selling at this location then anywhere else. Especially beacons closet. Beacons buying team is straight up rude at all their brooklyn locations. At least here they are nice and Ive made the most money on things with minimal effort on my part. So thanks Buffalo Exchange Team. 10/10.

I think you need to be 18 and it's selling, not donating. But you can donate to salvation army or other organizations.

Hi there! We do buy jerseys, so we recommend coming down to our store so that our buyers can take a look at it in person. If we're able to buy from you, you could receive 30% in cash or 50% back in store credit of the store's selling price. We hope to see you soon!
