The food was ok. But the people who work there are mean and they're allowed to scream at the clients whenever they feel like it.

It's a great place. It's the headquarters of Salvation Army. They have a big auditorium. There is Merkel residence! My favorite you can see the freedom tower from window on 7th floor.
