If it's the last restaurant standing I'd rather eat from a trash can. Who could go so wrong with breakfast, but they did. We got less than half of our food after over a 30min.wait. Asked for 1 plastic Flatware in the bag that's used for carry out. The charge for that was $5.00 who charges for that. The manager didn't make it any better she stated she was new at this location and they didn't charge at the location she came from, then they said $2.50 while in the meantime not getting the rest of our food for another 40 minutes. Which at that point who eats breakfast like that. Some of which never got there food. We all did pay for what we got. 1 person in the party didn't have to pay because they never got any of there food but yet the manager gave her a bill. She did take it back ( ? What was that about ). VERY POOR SERVICE. ONCE AGAIN I WANT TO STATE WE DID PAY FOR THE MEAL OR LACK OF A MEAL, WE WERE NOT TRYING TO EAT FOR FREE. BUT AT THE SAME TIME WE WERE NOT OFFERED ANYTHING FROM THE MANGER BUT THAT SHE WAS SORRY. WHICH WE ALL WERE IN AGREEMENT SHE WAS SORRY AS A PERSON.

First I want to say that the staff, including the manager were extremely friendly and down to earth. I didn't come in until the last night of my visit to Cleveland, and I wish I had come in sooner. I ordered steak and eggs (at dinner time) to-go and got exactly what I wanted. The eggs were cooked perfectly, which is rarely the case when ordered for take out. The steak was also cooked to my desired temperature. In general, I would recommend this place to anyone living in the area, but especially anyone staying at any of the nearby hotels.

Poor service. A waitress did not seat us my party sat ourselves. We had to retrieve our own menus from the front desk after waiting for 30 minutes. The waitress very disrespectful and rude. Cursing in the restaurant very belligerent to customers. Customers did not get to order there food. Customers walking out. Asst supervisor could not take control of her employee and let her waitress disrespect the customers. Will not be returning.

The Bob Evans at this location are okay, and the staff need a little more pep in their step The food was moderate and service ok
