This is a great hotel...very friendly staff, perfectly sized rooms that are well decorated and clean, and the decor of the hotel is unique and different than every other cookie-cutter hotel. Great price and a short 20 min. drive to downtown Cleveland. Would certainly stay here again!

Save a headache and stay anywhere else. Had to cancel trip after testing Covid positive. Took 3 days of emails and phone calls to finally speak with someone who was able to help. After days of mind blowing incompetence we were still charged for 1 nights stay. I can only hope they use their ill gotten funds to stay at a functioning hotel and observe how it is supposed to work.

Checked in 4-30-22, mid day. Tiffany at the front desk was nice. While checking in I noticed the rate wasn’t what my confirmation said. The hotel charged me almost twice what the rate was and no could explain it and said the manager would be there in the morning when we checked out, that never happened. I have no words that can describe the disgust I felt in my stomach when we went into our room and pulled the sheets down to see thus. See pictures. Human hairs, blood on bedding, urine stains. Never in all of my travels have I experienced such blatant laziness of it’s employees, and management. Never would I stay at this location, should have their franchise status revoked. .

The room was nice but every appliance and device were unplugged even the AC/Heating unit. I had to plug in every appliance in the room.. Breakfast the next morning was a total disaster. We ordered eggs at 8am and people who ordered after us were getting their orders, when I went to check they said our order was next we finally received our eggs around 9.10 am and didn't get any apology or refund on the food for the long delay. I don't believe I will ever stay at this Indigo again in the future
