Positive: I really liked the staff. They were very courteous and friendly. The room size was nice and the king bed was comfy. Also the breakfast was pretty good. Negative: When I pulled out the sofa-bed it was absolutely disgusting. I didn't feel comfortable with my children sleeping on it at all. The mattress should have been in the garbage. Also there were not really any kid friendly channels on the TV. Hair in bath towel

The staff at this location were very kind and courteous. They helped to make my stay very pleasant. The room was nice, I liked the kitchen, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also really good. However, the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting. The mattress pad briefly came off when I pulled the bed out for my kids to sleep on and honestly it made me sick to my stomach. The mattress was so gross! I didn't even feel comfortable letting my children lay on that thing. It should be in the garbage. For the amount of money spent, no one should ever have to sleep on top of filth. Also if you have small children such as I did, there are not really any kid friendly TV channels for the evening time. That was disappointing as well. If I'm being honest even though I liked the staff very much and the room size, that issue with the sofa bed would definitely be enough to make me not want to stay again.

Staying here was wonderful! Everything was clean, the pool was warm, the staff is very friendly, it almost felt like home. My only complaint is some of the other GUESTS! They treated the staff unfairly. If you come down for breakfast, 10 MINUTES BEFORE IT'S OVER then it's YOUR FAULT you missed out on the food. Next time wake your butts up early and let's treat the staff with RESPECT. I will be staying here again if I get the chance.

My first time in the Cleveland area for work and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The service at the front desk was efficient and friendly, my room was clean with sanitizing wipes located throughout the room, and I had the amenities I needed. I appreciate the healthy breakfast items - fresh fruit, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs - and plan to stay here again when I'm back in a few months.
