She did a great job explaining the process and answering my questions before we got started. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I have always wanted to have a past life reading for the last 15 years. But raising a family got in the way as well as work. As a new client one must be open for happiness, tears of your past, painful hurts you have had in your own past that may arise in your session. I had one hypnotherapy appointment with Donna Nowak 2 months ago. I have had horrible nightmares and insomnia ever since. I tried to email and call her several times. She has ignored me. I would not recommend her to anyone. Be very careful choosing a therapist. The results could be as devastating as mine were.

I just can't say what a tremendous gift Donna has given me. In just 1 short session, she helped me uncover the root cause of my fear of heights, she removed the fear fully, helped me heal from the cause of it, and programmed a new belief pattern of strength and confidence. I was able to climb up and down a very narrow and steep spiny mountain peak with 1500 foot drop offs on either side with Zero fear- when I previously could not come down from a ladder! Donna absolutely changed my life. Forever grateful.
