I haven't been here In years due to the horrible service, but I was in the area and had a gift card so I decided to give them another chance. My waiter was very nice (and cute 😍) and my lobster stuff flounder was pretty good. So I can say this visit wasn't like the past experiences.

We were told it would be fifteen minutes. No problem we would wait, all of the parties that were there before us got seated. A couple that came in after us was seated before we were. Come to find out the hostess never took our name. We should have left then, but we didn’t. The person wiping tables was half cleaning them and leaving the tables wet not sanitized. We waited 30 minutes to be seated then another 30 minutes to receive our food in between all of this we had to listen to this very robust woman from the bar cursing out someone in the kitchen. Too much drama we will not revisit this franchise. Excellent service the drama Queen running the bar needs an attitude adjustment.

We had a very good experience, they were very accommodating. We were a party of 8. We were taking care of immediately, no waiting. Tamara was our server , she was excellent. She went completely out of her way to accommodate us and go above and beyond the expectations of her job. Thank you for the great experience. We will definitely be back again!!!!

Had a birthday dinner for a friend's kid's 21st birthday so there was 8 of us and the waitress Tenisha was excellent (recommend sitting in her section) and the food was amazing this time! We haven't had that great of food or service there for a while, so I'm happy it was great for his birthday. We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
