That damn Alex is smooth. He is professional and make you feel like you are home. I went in for a one bedroom. He talked me into getting a fully renovated two bedroom unit that is cute as hell and spacious. Thank you Alex I can’t wait to move in.

Alex and Brandon have been the best leasing team I've run into thus far. They have been absolutely professional from start to finish and have been extremely helpful every step of the way regardless of any stepping stones that may have been in the way. They've been very prompt with taking care of very small issues before I moved into my unit. You can tell that these guys care about their jobs. I look forward to seeing what living here at this property has in store.

Do Not Apply for them. The staff member KANDY. Is rude and unprofessional. They take your money. I moved all the way from Virginia to come stay at this property, but due to the lack of communication from Miss Kandy, I never moved in. & when asked to speak with the Manager Jeanette, I was never transferred. She always insisted on me talking to her. Miss Jeanette and miss Q the property manager we awesome. Tho I never moved in they were a big help. Kandy on the other hand, always felt I was getting smart with her because of my accent I guess. I can’t help the way I talk, no one else in the office never had any problems with me. Anytime I talked to her she always tried checking me about the way that I naturally talk. Due to her never letting me talk to miss Jeanette left me without an apartment, I was getting excellent communication from miss Jeanette. I don’t recommend this to nobody as long she work there

Let me start by saying its a very quiet neighborhood! The neighbor's are friendly and quiet. Ms. kandy Who I called 100x a day to see if I was approved is definitely not just about a check, she will make sure you are comfortable before even signing the lease and definitely the best at her job! If you are looking for an apartment that's beautiful inside and out this is the place to be!! You have an issue I can guarantee its going to be fixed within 24 hours! I am very pleased! Yes It Is an Second Chance Forgiving Community! I LOVE IT!!
