No solution for parking issues for over 2.5 years of living here. Terrible problem solving skills from management, don't take residents into consideration.

6+ month resident. Dirtiest building I have ever lived in. Vehicle towed although I pay for parking. Property management illegally unlocked my apartment door without my consent. Katrina (management) is dull, monotone, and is not excited to meet you. The place is extremely small for such a steep price. Appliances are used and not modern. The hallways smell like urine and feces; stairwells even worse. Complaint resolution is watered down and most of the time laughed about behind closed doors. Property management loves to partner with the most unethical towing company in the state, Abyss Towing, and frequently tows vehicles that tenants have rightfully paid monthly parking spots for. Many of the residents I met are professionals in healthcare, finance, engineering, and IT. Not one of them would recommend signing a lease here, including myself. I have a 'preferred employer' and took advantage of a move-in special that wasn't special at all.

I am not one to ever leave reviews, but this place deserves it. Mayfair Reserve claims to be a "luxury" apartment complex but the management fails to live up to these expectations. Hi Alex, Thank you for sharing your concerns. Let me respond to each item you listed. Our community does have several carts available to those residents that need to utilize them, whether it be for groceries and simply moving items from A to B. Our apartment homes are priced in comparison to the other luxury apartments in this market and, we often offer some pretty amazing leasing specials. Please reach out if you would like to know what specials are being offer right now. As far as the closet size, well all of our apartment homes have what most consider very large closets. Being brand new, we knew that large closets are a highly sought after feature so we made sure to put them in each apartment. Lastly, you are correct. We are a non-smoking community. While we understand that some individuals may smoke, there are many residents that do not and unfortunately the residual smoke can cause a nuisance to the non-smokers living there. Again, we appreciate your comments.
