WOW! I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I called the main customer service line to get a quote. It was an emergency because I had to get my stuff out of a competitor's location in downtown Milwaukee after a horrible experience with their lack of safety and security. I had not expected to have to move my stuff to another storage company. Diana on the main customer service line was amazing and immediately contacted Kathy, the property manager at the 114th St. Wauwatosa location, who called me back within 5 minutes. Between the two of these wonderful women, I was set up with a new storage unit within 15 minutes. I drove to the location after work and Kathy gave me a tour. The facility is immaculate, safe and secure. These were the most important issues to me. Kathy suggested the best unit based on my needs. She was completely up front about everything, which is such a relief to me. I signed the contract and I felt like a huge weight was off my shoulders. It was all very easy and seamless. I realize it's "just a storage unit" but efficiency and good customer service is what successful businesses are built on. I will always stay loyal to companies who practice these values. Great experience. UPDATE! Joanna is also amazing!!! She helped me one freezing winter day when I was clearly struggling on my own by helping to open doors and guide me in the right direction. She set up a second unit for me today. She's so professional and kind. I'm again, very impressed with this location.

Beware of their storage fee rate hikes. Within a year, I’ve had my monthly fee raised by 41percent. This wasn’t an incremental rate change. They won’t email you about the change, they’ll send you a card in the mail you’ll mistake for junk mail! Stay away from them!
