We had a large suite perfect for our family. The room was clean (there was a funky smell in the kitchen but nothing crazy). The hotel is located in a great spot next to malls and restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was just okay-- not a ton of options. The pool was small but good enough for our family. The outdoor patio was very nice. The staff was amazing! Our two breakfast attendants were kind and helpful, even when our toddlers made a mess. All of the front desk workers were friendly and helpful, and so were the maintenance guys. We had an unfortunate situation when my husband went to the Target just a couple miles away--our car window was smashed in. We were told the "Kia Boys" are all over Milwaukee and steal Kias and Hyundais because they are easy to steal. If we had known that we would have taken a different car. But the staff here helped find us cardboard and tape for our window and offered us a vacuum to clean up most of the glass. They went above and beyond and we are very thankful.

The room appears clean.. but I'm tall so I can see the top of the microwave and refrigerator hasn't been wiped in 6 months.. soooo much dust and food crumbs.. but I Lysol wipes every surface anyway but I had a great stay.. pool is open but small... And no hot tub😳😳😳😡 shopping is here next door.. walking distance.. food next door... Breakfast here will hold you over but no waffles no bacon.. no pancakes.. but they do have sausage.. eggs.. potatoes . Cereal bagels muffins toast coffee juice... Overall good experience

Other guests were not considerate of others. Very noisy parties in rooms waking me up in middle of the night. Young crowds hanging outside hotel making it uncomfortable to come and go. Rooms not fully clean and had a maintenance issue in bathroom. Sofa and carpet could use a good cleaning as well. It's a good hotel but changes in what made it bad can make it a great hotel. I will be staying elsewhere upon my return to the area until improvements take place.

Positive: Room layout and size was perfect! Loved it. Negative: The pool was absolutely disgusting. Can not even see the floor due to how dirty and cloudy the water is. Ruined my weekend getaway for my kids who were looking forward to swimming. Had to pack bags, checkout and find another place to enjoy one day.
